Is located 15 Rue Bellecroix, 21200 Beaune, Burgundy, France in between the Beaune Train Station and the very Centre of the Old Walled Town. It is a 16th century old building that used to be a bakery. The School has two levels. The Main Level is where the wine classes are held. The Stone Exposed Cellar, underground, is where the comparative tastings are held.
Burgundy Wine School® offers 6 Private Short Wine Classes for 2020. Five Physical Wine Classes and One Online Wine Class called Understanding Burgundy in 90 minutes ( check the menu page). The Burgundy Basic Wine Class ( 1 hour), The Detailed Burgundy Wine Class ( 2 hours), The Exploring Burgundy Wine Class ( 3 hours), The Burgundy Vineyard Wine Class ( 4 hours) and the Two Day Burgundy Wine Class ( 8 hours split in 2 mornings of 4 hours each). The School is the creation of Cristina OTEL, Master Vine, Wine & Terroir from the University of Burgundy. A talented lady with six academical degrees linked to viticulture and oenology. A Passionate person that worked in numerous positions in the wine trade from lab work, winemaker, viticulturist, communication, marketing, sales, guiding. She will be your Private Teacher making sure that you understand the Whole and its Components of what makes Burgundy region and its wines today. Most important she will give you an understanding in finding the wines you like.
