Understanding Burgundy

This 2 Hour Class takes place every day from Monday to Friday. It is a private class that can be held from One Single Guest (maximum 6 guests/ class). You will learn about the 5 Sub Regions composing Burgundy, The Nowadays and Past Classifications, the importance of the AOC, notions of terroir, climat, soils, subsoils, vintages. By the end of the class you will know how to choose a bottle of Burgundy Wine that suits your palate. You will taste 10 to 15 wines from the most simple to the most complex, from various producers, vintages, villages, from Regional to Grand Cru.
