This Course takes place every day from Monday to Friday. It is a private course that can be held from One Single Guest (maximum 8 guests/ class). You will learn about the 5 Sub Regions composing Burgundy, The Nowadays and Past Classifications, the importance of the AOC, notions of terroir, climat, soils, subsoils, vintages. By the end of the class you will know how to choose a bottle of Burgundy Wine that suits your palate. You will taste a minimum of 10 – 15 wines from the most simple to the most complex, from various producers, vintages, villages, from Regional to Grand Cru.
