Cristina’s drawings build Burgundy from scratch letting the audience focus on the points and the bigger picture second after second. All aspects of Burgundy will be detailed. History, classifications, economics, oenology and viticulture aspects, climat and terroir, labels, vintages, grey zones. By the end of the Program you will be ready to further explore your favorite styles of Burgundy Wine. A tasting of 6-8 wines of whites and reds will complete the program.
