What’s in the program?
We start with the explanation of Burgundy, getting you familiar with the maps of the Côte de Beaune. Introducing the AOC, notions of terroir, climat. Then we head off visiting the landscape of the Côte de Beaune. We will visit the prestigious villages of Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Saint-Aubin, Chassagne-Montrachet and the Corton Hill. Every stop will be unique, giving us information about the vineyards, the opening of the valleys, the terroir. Back to the cellar -classroom we will taste a sample of the places seen in order to asses the differences in terms of taste of each of the unique terroirs of the Côte de Beaune. The tasting provides 6 samples of wines, from the most simple to the most complex of AOC.
