This 90 minutes class it is an introduction to the Burgundy Region and its wines. The Class takes place every day from Monday to Friday, all year round. It can be held from One Single Guest (maximum 6 guests/ class). You will learn about the 5 Sub Regions composing Burgundy, AOC importance, notions of terroir, reading a label, understanding vintages, profile of grapes and their aromatic profile. You will taste 6 wines, 3 whites and 3 reds. From Regional, Village, Premier and Grand Cru Sites.
